We are a family run `pest control service` located in central Maidstone, Kent.

We offer a “green” pest control solution.

The company was founded in November 1999 by two directors Neil and Heidi. With one of the directors having over 30 years experience within the pest control industry. The directors took a gamble of starting up their own business with 0 work, when a company Neil had worked for previously decided to sell. With hard work, dedication, passion and patience by both directors, 1st A Pest Control Service Ltd is now a well established business operating in the Kent, Sussex and London area.

We have a varied client base covering commercial buildings, residential clients and housing associations operating in Kent and London.  We are proud to state that the majority of our work is gained through recommendations by other companies we are working for.

Our central location in Kent allows us to operate easily and effectively with clients across the Kent,, Sussex and London areas.

We have worked in social housing for the last 10 years delivering a reliable, efficient and friendly service to our clients and the tenants.

We pride ourselves on offering a personalised service to a wide range of clients across the southeast. Our technicians are DBS checked and 90% of the staff are police vetted, which helps our vulnerable/elderly customers feel that their in safe hands.
